Healing sessions address the spiritual or ‘energetic’ aspect of the physical, mental, or emotional struggles or illness you are experiencing.

Using ancient hands-on Shamanic + Reiki healing techniques and traditional nature-based practices, we’ll clear your energy, and release the emotional blocks and energetic intrusions that get in the way of your emotional happiness and physical well-being.

When your energy is clear and and your spirit is flowing you exist in a natural state of balance, lightness and harmony, attracting opportunity, inspiration, positivity, healthy relationships, and abundance into your life. In this state of ‘flow’ your body is most able to rest, restore, and heal itself.

Appointments may include shamanic journeys, meditations, soul and spirit guide retrieval, removal of emotional blocks, energetic intrusions, attachments, and cords, intuitive & spiritual guidance, Chakra balancing, gentle breath work, shadow work, and inner child healing.

Single sessions typically leave you feeling lighter, and more grounded and centered both physically and emotionally and may offer a noticeable shift.

For deeper issues and shifts, a series of sessions is usually needed. For best results, clients will actively participate in their healing process, embracing ‘homework,’ and integrating daily lifestyle practices, and seasonal ‘tune-up’ sessions.

After our initial appointment, I will suggest a plan for addressing your longer term goals. I strongly recommend scheduling 120 mins for first appointments and deeper work.

I will clear away negativity or leftover stagnant energy, and help any spirits move on, healing your space much like I would a person. I will also help to create the energetically protected, peaceful sanctuary you desire.

These clearings are perfect for new homes, when problems arise, or when moving on to a new chapter in your life. This work can be performed successfully in-person or remotely.
